SHIPPING POLICY

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for all in-stock items. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, carefully packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.

Please note that orders placed after 5:00pm Central Time may be processed the following business day. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain Holidays*. Any payment authorization/ verification or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, stolen packages, etc.

*Holidays include:

  • New Year's Day 

  • Memorial Day 

  • Independence Day 

  • Labor Day 

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the products are shipped out of our facility.

 

If you received a defective product, you can receive a direct replacement by following the instructions below.

Please email info@tezuraskincare.com to request a Return Authorization Form. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. Once your Return Authorization Form has been accepted, we will issue an RMA number. We will not be responsible for any shipping and handling fees for items returned to our facility. Once you have obtained your RMA number, please follow these instructions:

  1. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation and write your Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the top of the receipt to ensure a full refund.

  2. Ship the return package to the address provided by Customer Service. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or USPS Priority Mail for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package was received.

  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  4. You can expect a replacement item within 10-15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
